Qualifications

• Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex auto bodily injury claims and review coverage.
• Investigate liability and manage damages to resolve files timely.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters and vendors for investigations.
• Report large claims to excess carriers and manage subrogation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and communicate actions with insured, client, and broker.
