Job summary

SWBC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist in the sale of recovered vehicles and to help clients recover collateral. You will manage title documents, coordinate with auctions and repossession agents, and maintain comprehensive records for asset recovery.

The role requires strong organizational skills, reliable communication, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. A high school diploma is required, and the position supports growth within SWBC's asset recovery operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to type at least 60 wpm accurately.
• Able to sit/stand for extended periods while handling paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles delivered to auctions nationwide are properly stocked as SWBC units.
• Process title documents and lien perfection; maintain accurate records.
• Maintain asset recovery logs and inventory; ensure files are complete.
• Coordinate with vendors and repossession agents for timely vehicle delivery.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and approve payments.
• Prepare Letters of Intent and Guarantee of Title for repossessions.
