Job summary

Safelite, a leading auto glass company, is seeking a Director of Automotive Aftermarket Merchandising to lead strategy, merchandising, and growth of non-glass automotive products. This leader will leverage a strong retail merchant mindset, automotive aftermarket experience, and cross-functional collaboration to create customer value and drive revenue.

You will shape assortment, pricing, and partnerships, work across functions, and translate market opportunities into measurable business results

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Required.
7–9 years in retail merchandising, category management, or related functions.
Experience in automotive aftermarket retail and consumer-facing products.
Proven track record of driving growth and strategic initiatives.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, merchandising, and growth of Safelite's portfolio of non-glass automotive products and services.
Define assortment, pricing, and portfolio priorities based on customer needs and automotive trends.
Monitor portfolio performance and communicate insights to leadership.
Collaborate across Customer Experience, Operations, Digital, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to align priorities.
Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, products, services, and partnerships.
