Job summary

Sunbit, Inc. is expanding its Account Management team in the US auto sector. You will nurture and grow dealership relationships, launch pilots, and identify strategic opportunities to maximize account performance and revenue across networks.

Travel up to 75% and strong coaching, training, and data skills are essential. You’ll drive adoption, build business plans, and deliver impactful reviews with senior leadership while partnering with customer success and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management or sales with automotive dealerships or major auto retailers.
• Ability to travel up to 75% with a valid driver's license.
• Strong coaching or training background for onboarding teams.
• Ability to build account-level business plans using data-driven insights.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint/Excel/Word and CRM tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow automotive accounts to meet strategic growth targets.
• Conduct training and onboarding sessions for new dealerships to drive adoption.
• Launch and scale pilot programs across dealer groups and networks.
• Regularly review performance and revenue data with dealerships and leadership.
• Partner with management to set monthly activity and revenue goals.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews for corporate and dealer leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to boost local performance.
• Maintain rigorous CRM data integrity for all account activity.
