The State of Connecticut, Department of Social Services (DSS) – is accepting applications for one (1) Autism Waiver Program Supervisor, Developmental Services Supervisor of Case Management position located in Hartford, CT. DSS is seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to serve as an Autism Waiver Program Supervisor and help strengthen services and supports for individuals with autism. The DSS Waiver for Persons with Autism provides vital home- and community-based services that promote independence, choice, and meaningful participation in the community. In this role, you will lead and support a team of professionals, overseeing daily operations, establishing priorities, providing training, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
