• QIDP degree must be in human services, healthcare or education (e.g., nursing, psychology).

Responsibilities

• Schedules, assigns, oversees and reviews staff work.
• Provides staff training and assistance.
• Conducts performance evaluations.
• Determines priorities and plans unit work.
• Establishes and maintains unit procedures.
• Develops or makes recommendations on policies and standards.
• Acts as liaison with other units and outside officials.
• Prepares reports and correspondence.
• Monitors resources and quality controls as needed.
