Devereux CARES School in Downingtown, PA is seeking a Job Coach to support adolescents and young adults with autism during transition from school programming to community-based employment and post-education life. The role partners with BCBA colleagues in a multidisciplinary setting and involves direct student supervision, coaching, and progress documentation.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, year-round in a 52-week schedule, with benefits eligibility after 30 days and opportunities

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise, train, and coach students within community-based employment training sites.
• Work with students to achieve a level of accomplishment and productivity that allows for greater employment independence.
• Act as a liaison between the employer/community based employment site and Devereux.
• Work with a team to assess skills and level of functioning/participation
• Document progress and involvement of students
• Provide information and input based on level of participation, functioning and progress to goals
