Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) is seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based interventions to children with autism in center and field settings. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience with special needs or autism, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of two years experience with children with special needs and/or autism.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• In-Field Support: Act as a floater for center, provide Parent Education and Consultation services, assist with client programming; analyze data to identify issues for supervisor, provide support to BCBAs as requested.
• Off-Site Support: Write first drafts of progress reports, review client programs on Catalyst, conduct program development, assist with coordination of care.
