Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Aurora, CO is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, help kids learn through play, and stay active and engaged during sessions.

No experience required; paid training and full coverage of your RBT certification are provided. Candidates with childcare experience or health-science degrees are encouraged to apply, with stable full-time hours

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Active pace while working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
