Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Loveland, CO seeks a full-time Behavior Technician to support one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years. You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and help kids grow through play-based activities.

No experience is required; paid training and full coverage of RBT certification are provided. Must be 18+, have a Bachelor's degree, and obtain RBT within 20 days of hire.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • May occasionally support a nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
  • Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
  • Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
  • Observe a Behavior Technician at work.
