Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Lone Tree, CO is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.

You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and help children learn through play while staying active and engaged in therapy sessions. A paid RBT certification is provided, with excellent growth opportunities within the ABC system.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable moving and kneeling/bending during sessions.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
