Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks dedicated individuals to support children with autism by implementing personalized therapy plans. No prior experience required; paid training and RBT certification are fully covered.

You will work with a team to help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills in a daytime, weekday schedule. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and ability to obtain RBT certification within 20 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required and verification is needed.
• Paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment and stay engaged during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
