Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Irving, TX seeks caring individuals to support children with autism through one-on-one ABA therapy. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with Saturdays optional, and paid training plus RBT certification coverage.

No experience required; candidates with childcare or health-related backgrounds are a plus. You will work with 18‑month to 8‑year‑old children, follow treatment plans, collect data, and contribute to a supportive team committed to growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
