Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and provide proof. The schedule is full-time, with daytime hours Monday–Friday and optional Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; must provide degree proof.
• Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
