Paid training and RBT certification are fully covered; the role offers full-time hours with daytime schedules and potential Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with verification of awarded degree.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and active pace with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
