Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Garner, NC is seeking a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's degree to support children’s communication, social, and independent skills. You’ll follow treatment plans, engage kids through play and activities, and work with a collaborative team in a daytime, Mon-Fri schedule with optional Saturdays.

Training is paid and RBT certification is fully covered. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive onboarding and opportunities for growth within ABC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; you must provide proof of your degree (diploma or transcript showing the degree awarded).
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• No experience required; paid training and RBT certification are provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
