Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and must provide proof of degree (diploma or transcript).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; able to sit, stand, crouch and get on/off the floor.
• Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
