Action Behavior Centers in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's degree. You will follow personalized treatment plans, help children learn through play, and be part of a supportive team focused on growth.

We offer paid training and fully cover your RBT certification, along with guaranteed full-time hours, regular raises, and health benefits. This role has daytime hours, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; provide proof of degree during hiring.
• No prior ABA experience required; paid training provided.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain active pace with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
