Sunray ABA in Colorado Springs is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 therapy in clients' homes, schools, or clinics under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to help clients with ASD and related needs.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma (bachelor's in psychology or education preferred), strong communication skills, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and BACB standards.
