Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a developmental field (e.g., education, psychology, speech-language).
• At least three years of direct ABA services experience with children with autism and supervision of therapists (five years preferred).
• BCBA licensure required; strong organizational and independent work habits.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and strategic growth of CADD Therapy programs.
• Coordinate service delivery between BCBAs and staff across sites.
• Ensure efficient use of time, supplies, and resources within CADD sites.
• Oversee staff training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and oversee behavioral intervention programs and program development initiatives.
