Job summary

Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation (CASSI) seeks a Behavior Analyst I to lead clinical services, supervision, and case management within the A-ABA program. Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current.
• Maryland licensure required.
• Complete BACB 8-hour supervisor training within 1 month of hire.
• Maintain up-to-date status in required in-service topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services and case management as specified by the Assistant Director.
• Participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating A-ABA staff.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and design intervention goals aligned with the A-ABA approach.
• Implement interventions and caregiver training; analyze ongoing data.
• Supervise Behavior Technician staff and support ethical clinical decision making.
