Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland licensure as a Behavior Analyst required.
• Complete BACB 8-hour supervisor training within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services and supervise staff per program guidelines.
• Participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating A-ABA staff.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and design intervention goals aligned with A-ABA.
• Implement intervention plans and caregiver training.
• Perform ongoing data analysis and inform ethical clinical decisions.
