Action Behavior Centers is hiring in Wylie, TX for a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Training is provided, and RBT certification is fully covered.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and offers predictable daytime hours Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays. Pay scales with education level; growth through raises and clear advancement opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• No experience required for entry-level role in ABA therapy.
• Childcare experience such as nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, camp counselor or tutor is a plus.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
