Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Coppell, TX is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician. No experience required; we provide paid training and cover your RBT certification. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required; proof must be provided during hiring. You’ll work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans and collecting simple data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (proof of degree via diploma or transcript)
• No experience necessary; paid training and RBT certification fully covered
• Experience in childcare or health sciences is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Assist children through learning activities and maintain a safe therapy environment
