Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a full-time Behavior Therapist (RBT) in Melissa, TX. The role supports children with autism using play-based ABA therapy, with a structured 8am-5pm schedule from Monday to Friday and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, a commitment to complete paid RBT training within 20 days of hire, and a willingness to lift up to 30 lbs. Training is provided, and compensation includes education-based pay scales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required; verification of degree is required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform active tasks with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Paid training provided; RBT certification fully covered.
• Strong reliability and punctuality; team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
