Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Grapevine, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. The position offers Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, starts immediately, and includes paid training and full RBT certification coverage.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and be at least 18 years old; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow.
