Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required for the role.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform active care tasks.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and collect session data.
• Create a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
