Action Behavior Centers in Raleigh, NC seeks a Child Autism Therapist (Bachelor's Degree Required) to implement individualized therapy plans for children with autism. The role offers full-time hours, daytime shifts, and paid training with RBT certification sponsorship.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; strong communication and teamwork are essential as you help kids build communication, social, and independent skills in a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; provide diploma or transcript showing degree awarded.
• No prior experience required; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in child care is a plus (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; physical stamina for active pace with young children.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; optional Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work video.
