Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Child Autism Therapist in Manor, TX. A Bachelor’s Degree is required. The role involves following treatment plans and helping children develop communication, social, and independent skills.

We offer paid training and fully cover your RBT certification, with guaranteed full-time hours and a supportive team culture. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with optional Saturdays; travel not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
