Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Garner, NC is seeking a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's degree. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following individualized treatment plans and collecting session data.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays. No nights. We provide paid training and fully cover your RBT certification, plus growth opportunities and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and must be verifiable.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work via provided link.
