Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Child Autism Therapist in Indian Trail, NC. You will implement individualized treatment plans to help children build communication and social skills, using play-based therapy during daytime hours.

No experience required; paid training and RBT certification are fully covered. The role offers a stable schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with proof of degree during hiring.
• Ability to follow personalized treatment plans for each child.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced therapy environment with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work and learn from the role model.
