Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; provide proof of degree (diploma or transcript) showing awarded degree and conferral date.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during therapy sessions.
• Paid training and fully covered RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• No experience required; childcare or health-science backgrounds are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy area and collaborate with a supportive team.
