Action Behavior Centers in Rowlett, TX is hiring a Child Autism Therapist with a required Bachelor’s degree. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following individual treatment plans and collecting session data. Training is provided, and RBT certification is fully covered.

The role offers guaranteed full-time hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for advancement as therapists progress to leadership roles within ABC.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.

Responsibilities

• You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
