Action Behavior Centers in Humble, TX is hiring a Child Autism Therapist (Bachelor's Degree Required) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans and help kids develop communication, social and independent skills.

Start dates are immediate with full-time hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; no nights, optional Saturdays. Paid training and full coverage of RBT certification are provided, with opportunities for

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No prior ABA experience needed; paid training provided.
• RBT certification will be supported and covered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy with individualized plans.
• Record session data and track progress.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive, patient-focused team.
