The role is full-time with daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, some Saturdays as needed). Paid training and full coverage of RBT certification are provided, with opportunities for growth within ABC. You'll work with a supportive team to deliver individualized therapy and track progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with proof of degree.
• No experience required; paid training and RBT certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
