Job summary

The Muscogee County School District is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate autism supports and exceptional student education programs. The role oversees ABA-based services, staff development, and compliance across multiple school sites.

You will work with principals, teachers, and families to ensure effective programming and data-driven decision making within appropriate educational environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field.
• Georgia certification in Exceptional Student Education; Adapted Curriculum preferred; restraint training; valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of three years teaching experience with autism and related behaviors; ABA experience.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic oversight of ABA-based and autism support programs across multiple school sites.
• Train and supervise special education staff in evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collaborate with principals, teachers, parents, and therapists to implement ESE programs with compliance.
• Monitor data collection, progress graphs, and skill acquisition/behavior reduction plans.
• Ensure Least Restrictive Environment placement and transition planning.
