Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided. You must be patient and able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Access to background check clearance.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities
