Job summary

Bedford Public Schools is seeking an Educational Support Professional for the Sail 1 ESP-3 program as a long-term substitute. The role focuses on providing direct support to students with autism spectrum-related needs in a sub-separate classroom, using behavior-based instruction and data collection under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) supports student outcomes.
• Familiarity with social-emotional learning (SEL) and behavior programs.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and reinforce social interaction programs.
• Provide supervision and/or student support in all school environments.
• Offer small group or individual instructional support aligned with IEP goals.
