Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred in Psychology or Education.
• Ability to collect, record, and analyze data for student progress.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and behavior programs; reinforce social interaction programs.
• Provide supervision and student support in school environments (recess, lunch, arrival, dismissal, field trips).
• Offer small group or individual instructional support aligned with IEP goals and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with teachers to understand learning targets and success criteria.
• Maintain data records for progress monitoring of IEP goals and behavior plans.
• Support implementation of behavior intervention plans and social skill facilitation across settings.
