Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Psychology, Education or related area preferred.
• Experience with data collection and progress monitoring is beneficial.
• Five days of additional specialized training before the start of school is provided to ESPs serving SAIL 1 students.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and reinforce social interaction programs.
• Provide supervision and/or student support in all school environments and during activities.
• Provide small group or individual instructional support aligned with student goals and IEPs.
• Consult with teachers to learn learning targets and expectations.
• Support academic and behavioral programs with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Provide regular feedback to staff on student progress and challenges.
