Behavioral Framework is looking for individuals experienced in working with children who believe they can make a difference in the lives of families and children with autism.

This is a home-based position requiring candidates to work directly with children in their home environment, helping develop skills such as toileting, feeding, behavior management, compliance, and other developmental and educational tasks.

Requirements:

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Collect and record data on observable client behavior
  • Write progress notes and maintain program documentation
  • Participate in treatment implementation and parent training
  • Use safe handling and management procedures with clients
  • Provide direct care following behavioral protocols
Physical Requirements:
  • Proficient in fine and gross motor skills; able to prompt and support clients physically
  • Full physical range of motion for physical support activities
  • Ability to write progress notes with supervision assistance
  • Capable of performing activities like standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to transport clients during behavioral management
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Good visual acuity for work accuracy
  • Must be physically present at the job site
  • Willing to silence phone during sessions and focus on clients for at least 4 hours
  • Ability to occasionally lift/move over 100 lbs
Education and Certification:
  • High School diploma required
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred)

Rate varies based on experience; starting at $20-$22 per hour DOE. RBT credentialed staff may receive a higher rate if in good standing.
