Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a part-time ABA paraeducator to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in client homes or community locations. You will work closely with the clinical team to implement skill building and care plans, recording data on electronic devices and supporting families.

No prior experience required; paid training provided. This role offers afternoon/evening hours and a clear path into the ABA/psychology field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
