Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment.
