Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking energetic individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients’ homes or community locations. These part-time positions offer flexible afternoon or evening hours, perfect for teachers, paraprofessionals, or education professionals seeking additional work.

No previous ABA experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, enabling you to start making a difference quickly while building real-world skills in psychology and behavioral

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
