Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior ABA experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and the position is part-time with a 6-month commitment.

You will work with children with Autism, applying evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors, while collaborating with families and supervisors to adapt plans.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring approach to support families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
