Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks part-time ABA Therapists/Paraprofessionals to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations. No ABA experience required; paid training is provided and you’ll start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours.

You will work with children with Autism, recording progress and collaborating with BCBA Supervisors to support independence and learning in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
