Job summary

Waterfall Community Health Center seeks an Autism Clinical Program Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversight for the Autism Services Program within our FQHC. You will supervise the Mental Health Department, collaborate with primary care and care coordination teams, and drive evidence-based, trauma-informed care across ASD and related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for Mental Health Department staff.
• Oversee autism services program delivery and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with CMO and Behavioral Health Administrator on program operations.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and billing compliance.
• Develop policies, workflows, and care pathways for autism services.
• Ensure patient access and care coordination across teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Represent WCHC professionally with external partners.
