Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, Rolling Meadows clinic, seeks a Clinic Director to lead operations and the clinical team delivering ABA-based care. You will supervise clinicians, set performance standards, and ensure adherence to CAH policies, operating with integrity and strategic vision.

You will handle staffing, training, and development, coordinate meetings, and ensure high-quality services to families while meeting regulatory and funding requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification with hands-on ABA supervision hours.
• Minimum of five years leading ABA teams with children/adults on the autism spectrum.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and administrative functions of the clinic.
• Directly supervise, mentor, and coach clinicians and staff.
• Ensure quality ABA services and adherence to clinical policies and best practices.
• Lead clinic meetings, recruit staff, and manage performance evaluations.
• Coordinate training, staff development, and ongoing education.
