Job summary

Waterfall Community Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled services for children and teens aged 3 to 21 with autism. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and related areas, developing individualized plans with measurable goals.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, supervise SLP assistants when needed, and train families on treatment techniques while maintaining accurate electronic records and advocating for access to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology or equivalent
• Unrestricted Oregon license and board certification (ASHA)
• 3+ years diagnosing and treating pediatric behavioral/developmental issues (autism a plus)
• Experience in feeding therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology principles

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, fluency, and related areas for ages 3–21 with autism spectrum disorders
• Develop individualized care plans with measurable goals
• Provide supervision to SLP assistants and CFY clinicians when applicable
• Document thoroughly in electronic health records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Educate families on treatment techniques and progress
