Job summary

Waterfall Community Health Center is seeking an Autism Clinical Program Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversight for autism services within the FQHC framework. The role balances direct patient care (about 50%) with leadership, program development, and quality improvement (about 50%).

Responsibilities include supervising mental health staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, while promoting

Qualifications

• Minimum Master’s degree in ABA, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active licensure as a clinician and ability to credential with Medicaid/Medicare and other insurers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within licensure and scope of practice for ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Maintain clinical caseload while meeting productivity expectations.
• Oversee clinical delivery of autism services under supervision of CMO and program leadership.
• Develop and maintain clinical policies, workflows, and care pathways for autism services.
• Promote integrated care with Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and School/Community partners.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with partners to improve care coordination and program quality.
